Great few days visiting some of our on site projects. Our Fish Island scheme’s at Dace Road and Orsman Road are reaching completion and topping out and views from the Goudhurst House in the Kentish fruit belt are being rapidly framed. Exciting times.
Clean and crisp and even for our visit to our latest Kent Weald house project. ICF flying up. One month in and ground floor walls already being poured.
Exciting to see our recently completed house in the Kent Weald Fruit Belt AONB featured in @ArchitectsJrnal this week. Great brief, great client, great team, amazing site. Beautifully captured by @TimothySoar. Thanks all. More to follow…..

Happy to see this project in the @ArchitectsJrnal by @phplusarch which I worked with as urban design officer @EnfieldCouncil: a scheme that inventively responds to policies of dual aspect, open space and height by putting forwards new ideas for living.

"In promoting the ‘retrofit’ of shell-and-core fit-outs, let’s remember not to ignore sense of place & community embedded within these buildings – whether that’s protecting the historical value or adapting existing assets to define a new purpose" – by me🙃

We are thrilled that two of our projects have been shortlisted for the @nlalondon 2021 awards. Kingsland Road in the Unbuilt and Old Ford Road in the Built categories. Captured here by NBV Studio and @TimothySoar
We are delighted to announce Old Ford Road has been shortlisted for the AJ Architecture Awards 2021. Overlooking Victoria Park our scheme interprets the language of the wharf buildings along the Hertford Union Canal to create eight new dwellings on a complex site in East London.
