@JetBlue Everyone else had their suitcase in baggage claim come but us. We have a 5 month old now and stuck at JFK WITHOUT A CAR SEAT WHO CAN WE CALL PLEASE BEFORE THEY LEAVE WITH OUR CAR SEAT

@JetBlue if we have a lap infant, and we have her car seat brought in to gate check, is it normal for the flight crew to then tell us we have to wait for it at baggage claim? I thought we were supposed to pick it up at gate check?

@JetBlue Then Mayna on flight 130 from RSW to JFK lied to us, and now we are stranded at the airport without our car seat because she told us she had to check it in regular bag claim, since we weren’t a connecting flight.
