Hey @Uber_Support, I'm having an issue as a customer with the Eats platform. Placed an order, restaurant confirmed, driver went to restaurant, then suddenly I didn't have a driver and the order is perpetually stuck on "preparing". The restaurant in question is now closed. Help!
