@SteveShanahan8@ryanmarcevans@LearnPhysio for those people on the modified bracing protocol at 30-90 we do not anticoagulate, but certainly for those braced at 90 deg for the 10 wks of 12 wk protocol.
@TheoKapa67@LearnPhysio Hi Theo, A vascular physician consulted on the Cross Bracing protocol after 2 DVT's occurred in the initial 11 patients. The advice was to anticoagulant for 10 weeks of the 12 week protocol. This information is in the publication in BJSM. Dr Tom Cross could elaborate.
