This is a three-page #USMC Security Report. One verdict. One auditable bit-margin against the 128-bit NIST threshold. Six dimensions of cryptographic posture (quantum entropy, PQC, error reconciliation, side-channel resistance, network topology, finite-key overhead). Regulatory mapping to DORA, NIS2, NSM-10, NIST FIPS 203/204/205, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and PCI DSS v4.0.
This particular configuration came back MARGINAL: positive margin of +56.86 bits, but two WEAK dimensions (side-channel resistance, network topology exposure) called out for remediation before production scale-out. That's the kind of judgement boards and auditors need to evidence post-quantum migration progress.
