JUST IN: The Nigerian Police Force has released Chike Ibezim, who was unlawfully detained for 75 days.

According to his brother, Chike Ibezim, who has been in months-long detention over an alleged malicious publication posted online against the immediate-past Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, is now free.

Recall that The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court, Abuja, issued another order on September 9, 2023, restating the one it earlier issued on 30 August for the release of the detainee to the police to either charge or immediately release him.

The Supreme Court will deliver judgment TOMORROW (Thursday Oct 26th, 2023) for LP/Obi, Atiku/PDP Vs INEC, BAT/Shett and APC

The only clear reason the judgment is being delivered so fast is because it had been written even before we appeared at the Supreme Court!
