Had a few terrible flight experiences in my life, but today’s @JetBlue JFK-Cabo is hard to beat…flights delayed by a few hours because of broken seats.. Plane overbooked. No space for carry ons. Wifi not working on a 5+ hour flight. TVs broken. We’re laughing for how BAD this is

Landed in DR only to find @AirEuropa / @Alitalia forgot my luggage in Madrid. Over 24hrs and I’m left alone here with NOTHING on me, no answers. I am even able to locate my luggage as I have a @TheTileApp telling me it’s right there at the gate. What a ridiculous nightmare! HELP
