The uber rich industrialists must pay for their economic security by loosening their money bags or they will suffer the economic consequences of disruptive action by the despairing young who see little hope for the future. Keep meaningful jobs for the young giving them a future. Altruism has been shown to be a win-win in social groups.
The young meanwhile must oppose automation and robotics until they have self fulfilling occupations available to ensure their psychological and economic wellbeing.

Education failed the USA. Students never learned hard words like, narcissism, psychopathy, sociopathy, empathy, authoritarianism, transactional, equal, sociology, psychology, graft, misappropriation, and most of all the US Constitution which is full of big words.
The difference between capitalism, socialism and communism is a mystery to most.
