Been tinkering over the last few days and what came out was a “handrolled” framework. It’s decently feature-full for something that was written in like 5 days, haha. Oh, and it’s published on Packagist so it can be installed with Composer.
Check it out! https://t.co/Jn8ZV3zaKw
@aarondfrancis@tillermoney Ha! Sweet, sweet validation. Mine’s a Laravel app, chrome extension, and iPhone shortcut. I use Walmart Invoice Exporter for a JSON export. The only part I haven’t done is the Tiller integration, still manual transaction import.

This used a lot of tokens (for me). I’ve been using a $20 Cursor plan for a year (boss isn’t on Twitter… for work and personal!). This is the first month I’ve used more than 50% included tokens. I hear 4 max plans used up in a weekend and cringe so hard. Not a token maxxer lmao.
On a whim, I ran this prompt on my fully AI written personal finances app (Cursor, Composer and Grok). 31 subsystems, 11 simplifications suggested. Guess I steer it pretty good? I’m very hands on with every session and rarely do parallel work. Personal software is awesome!
A good way to audit your codebase:
• a strong orchestrator inventories every subsystem
• it sends fresh read-only agents through with a DSA prompt
• it validates, dedupes, and ranks
I ran this overnight and it found 93 opportunities across 55 subsystems! Audit only.
@terminaldotshop@MoaidHathot Had the exact same question. Last 3 shipments haven’t had a roasting date (repeat customer, dope ass coffee). Was it because the bag is vegan or some shit? 😉 Any plans to try and fix it? I’ll keep buying either way, just curious. 🤷🏻♂️
@glcst@penberg Does fostering (and possibly adopting) 4 kids count as “be fruitful and multiple” for Catholics? After all, Joseph was basically Jesus’ stepfather. He still get credit? 🙄😬😅
@jeffrey_way I know this is true in my soul, but man it’s so not my normal setting. Got 4 from 1 month to 4.5 years old. Being up first makes the day so much smoother. And after 8:30 pm, I’m toast. But I still hate it. And I just settle for not having hobbies lol.
@yacineMTB Get some of those Frida Windi Gas Passers (affectionately called “butt whistles”). Only thing that worked for my little guy. And he was a gassy one.
This is what Business Dad (@ianlandsman) was trying to save you from @calebporzio. You can’t ChatGipity the legal stuff. Luckily, you’re not a complete nincompoop like these chumps, but still…
@aarondfrancis A week and a half ago my 1 year old,3 year old, and I got the stomach bug. I was sitting on the couch with the 3 year old snuggled up and I hear her stomach gurgle. She sat up and threw up all over the couch and even got a little on the cat. Sorry kitty. 🤢
here is unironically my list of things i did to achieve wonderful wife
1. write down everything you wish to have in a spouse
2. ponder this step deeply, do not leave anything out
3. read each thing you wish to have in the spouse out loud and ask "do i live up to these demands?"
4. stopped looking at porn
5. built drive and purpose into my life
6. went to church

A bug that I hit all the time with queue workers in Laravel: running php artisan queue:restart doesn't actually restart the workers. Solution? Check that cache driver! If it's still set to file, you might have a permissions issue with the user that runs your deploy commands.
A great introspective moment at Laracon that got overshadowed by everyone’s collective nervousness for DCoul as he accidentally drops his production database migrations table. Worth thinking about for a while.
For all the heads who loved this slide from my Event Sourcing talk, boy do I have a whole philosophical tradition for you!
This quote came to me at 2am the night before the talk, but it's inspired by Jaques Derrida 🧵
