@jet2tweets We travel to and from Faro many times each year. We paid for a private transfer to get here early as per your instructions only to be told that we cannot checkin until 2 1/2 hours early. We have always checked in 3 hours early!

@SimonCalder Arrived at Faro airport on Sunday morning, tried to use the EES machines but failed when taking the fingerprints. No UK passenger successful in completing the registration and no staff telling us not to bother. Passport control queue was 50 minutes from joining to exiting.
