People vastly underestimate the power of compounding knowledge.
Learning things that align with where you want to be sooner rather than putting it off will reap bigger gains in the long term. We have finite time, so if you wait, you only make the game harder.

If you're a serious MTT player and have never played SNGs you probably should.
Most of the high stakes MTT regs that were 'tourists' in hyper turbo SNGs were basically the fish.
Will uncover leaks faster + give you a real live training ground for getting more heads up experience.
@TimedOuttt Haha touche. I don't play them anymore. They probably don't run at meaningful stakes. But getting some training in at $15-$30s is good enough (imo)... Stars? ACR?
@OlegOstroumov Satellite SNGs on stars were a really cool training ground for this. Blinds doubled for the next level. Some really wild deviations in FGS when facing a blind increase next hand on the bubble.

Poker is 80% technical skills, 20% mental skills. But there's a catch...
A fatal flaw will wipe out all your gains, no matter how good you are.
Managing your mind is non negotiable.
Just b/c its 20% does not make it less important.
If your baseline state is strong enough, you now have operating leverage on your technical skills. Can't do the 80 w/o the 20.
