@vrexec I think lots of people just enjoy nice things - nice apartment, dinners, clothes; all of that is expensive.
Plenty of people are happy to travel like a backpacker and take in the world, but a lot of people have no interest in roughing it and are simply not interested in travel
@designmom Honestly, very easily! I would love to have a partner who makes my life easier but so far its only been a burden financially, emotionally and day to day.

I guess not everyone is into aesthetics but it's camp. It's certainly not to everyone's taste, but I don't think anyone can say drag is rooted in a hatred for women. Not even close!
It's not art. It's coked-up cabaret for gay men. It's a form of comedy entirely based on hatred and disgust of women. Entirely appropriate at 1:00 a.m in a gay club, completely inappropriate to force down the public's throat as if we've always loved it.
I think people would be wise to recognize that this is a product of the Madonna/whore complex and that while some people live absolutes, many, many people live in a grey area in between.
