had to abandon some morning ad builds to revisit later today because of this error in meta - if you're seeing it too, you're not alone.

Everyone's losing their minds over “optimized AI workflows” but we’ve literally seen this before.

The gap matters because their expectations and reality won't match yours.
They're selling you systems for a life they don't actually live. Meanwhile you're trying to apply their 'perfect workflows' to your messy, unpredictable reality.

Start optimizing for your actual life.

We had our stat last week in Canada and a regular day yesterday. The perfect balance for me was working a half day on our stat last week to start the week strong and enjoy the rest of the stat with family, while leveraging yesterday's regular day here to get ahead when I had less meetings.
With how many bugs there are constantly hitting platforms and the need to pivot and apply critical thinking, I couldn't agree more. Very little of my time now is spent launching ads because of AI solutions (vs what it was 5-7 yrs ago). It's spent reading between the lines, queueing meaningful tests, and dealing with bugs in real-time😆

1. Advantage+ creative catalogs not populating in the feed properly leaving dead space under the ad
2. The same ad showing almost every second post in someone's feed, yet frequency looking normal in ads manager
