4 months ago, I checked in my golf clubs with @Delta operated by @airfrance out of NBO. When I got my bags, one of them didn’t make it and my golf carrier was missing some clubs. Today I get an email from Delta saying I didn’t check in golf clubs. They have the luggage tags. WTF?

@Delta Oh, and did I mention this is how @Delta and @airfrance treat their top tier customers as I was a Diamond medallion? Looks like it’s time to look into Star Alliance or OneWorld because this is absolutely ridiculous
