@JetBlue What’s up with your customer service reps? Everyone is giving us a different answer. Waiting on the phone for an hour, gets disconnected, no one calls back. You should at least offer free rebooking to a different destination or to a nearby airport so we can get on with our lives.
@JetBlue More like Pulling up to nowhere. Cancelled our flight just as we were going to load up suitcases in the car. Spent 4 hours trying to rebook, being promised different things. Ended with only option of late flight next day on Hubbys birthday. Brunch at Commander’s Palace cancelled.

@JetBlue@grantfisher34 This so called helpline with rebooking doesn’t really work. Chat person just said nope,nope,nope,nothing, we can offer nothing, you just have to suck it up basically. On the phone , spoke to 3 different people , spent 4 hours getting different answers. #timetobreakupwithjetblue
@jetblue our flight got cancelled last minute, spent 4 hours trying to rebook with your call centers. Was promised different things by two different people from Kenya before being disconnected/transferred. In the end, nothing. #timetobreakupwithJetblue
@dsw_us I lost my faith in you, this must be the 3rd time my order was confirmed and then order to be cancelled after few days. Wasting time to call CService and shopping. #cxlDSW
