@Ford why don’t you make your engineers work in the service department, that way they will know how dumb their deigns really are. Then after a year they can go back to the drawing board with new knowledge. Asking for a friend

Why do you guys have the worst customer service in the world? Getting a dishwasher installed by you guys has been a nightmare! Can someone contact us? We are returning this dishwasher that we have bought twice and still has not been installed. All we want is our dishwasher installed, please!
