since a month iam getting networking issue. they open the case no response from the team and automatically closes the tickets without user consent.

My Airtel broadband has been down for 7 days. I've made 60+ calls, spoken to 4 escalation managers who promised on recorded calls to resolve it by the end of the day none did. Every day, I'm told to wait 24 hours. It's the same script for a week.

Having network issue since a week , went to airtel store replaced the sim its been more than 24+ hours its not been activated, the airtel store doesn't have any clue , You IVR support says they can't do anything from there.
