@SweatyJester I sometimes make my own. Half milk, half single cream on the stove with a flavour syrup added until it simmers. Then decanted into a glass bottle in the fridge. I despise the big brands from stores, because of all the preservatives.

@phouseofpheal Purchase quantities are relatively controlled (but not THAT tightly) because accidental overdoses or abuse can lead to permanent kidney damage. The idea is that if you need painkillers that much, you’d be prescribed something more specific to your individual case by your gp.
