@virginmedia it's a day that ends in a Y, guess what that means. yep another day without full service. thankfully we'll get compensation when it's fixed, solution: never fix it.

@Royal_Greenwich is anyone going to empty the food/garden bins in SE18? currently 4 days late and food spilling onto the paths as bins are full, though we have happy foxes. and no-one answering the phones.

@Royal_Greenwich The amount you charge for council tax and we not even getting a good service on basic requirements. Maybe people from events and social media teams should be moved to the rubbish dept as they seem to work more efficiently.

@Royal_Greenwich Our green bin hasn't been collected so now what am I suppose to do? If this is the state of things to come, never mind general black bin waste- sanitary waste is gonna be fun this summer.

Let's not forget in the last year your track record for not collecting is high. Oh and to boot no way to report missed bins, your statistics will be great bit fake

@TfL is there anything that we can do for my autistic daughter, she's lost her bus pass & isn't being allowed on even if she is in her uniform.She's finding the whole thing really stressful & Anxiety triggering.We're ordering a new one today but doesn't help until it arrives
