Dear Changelly Support Team,

Thank you for responding to my tweet and offering assistance. I truly appreciate your prompt communication here.

However, I must emphasize that my case has been ongoing for nearly three months. Despite multiple assurances and promises from the AML Compliance Department that my funds would be refunded, I have yet to receive them. This prolonged delay has caused significant distress, as I urgently need the funds to manage important personal matters.

Changelly is a platform I trust and respect for its professionalism and user-centric approach. I kindly ask for your immediate intervention to expedite the resolution of this issue. Please help escalate my case to ensure the AML Compliance Department fulfills their commitment to refund my funds promptly.

I hope you can understand my urgency and take action to help resolve this matter. I am more than willing to provide any additional details or documentation if required. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Best regards,

Dear Binance Vietnam Community,

I am a Binance user who is facing a huge difficulty. My account has been blocked from withdrawing funds for almost a year, and during this time, I have contacted Binance support countless times but the problem has not been resolved.

I have participated in video interviews, provided full information, and recently completed the required form. However, up to now, I have not received any clear response. What hurts me the most is that there has been no explanation from Binance about the reason for blocking my account.

I affirm that my account is not related to any legal issues. I am really tired and desperate to see the money I worked hard to earn frozen without knowing what else to do.

Here, I earnestly call for help from the Binance Vietnam community. I hope everyone can support me by sharing and speaking up so that Binance can soon consider and resolve my case.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone for listening and helping!

Sincerely,

Hello Admins,

I am a Nigerian citizen and currently facing serious difficulties with my Binance account. My account has been blocked from withdrawing funds for almost a year. During this time, I have contacted the CS team multiple times and participated in video call interviews, but the issue has not been resolved.

I would like to confirm that my account is not related to any legal issues. However, Binance has never provided any specific explanation as to why the account was blocked.

3 days ago, I completed the required form from Binance in the hope that the issue would be resolved quickly. However, I have not received any response or progress so far.

I am really tired and frustrated with this situation. I sincerely hope that the admins in the Binance community can support and speed up the process of handling my case.

Dear Ms. Hong Fang @hfangca , Mr. Star Xu @star_okx

I am writing this letter in the hope of receiving your attention regarding my situation as a long-time and loyal VIP customer of OKX. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I feel the need to personally address this heartfelt message to you, in the hope of restoring my faith in OKX and the high standards it has always maintained.

For the past month, my account has been frozen without any reason, without any significant support from the customer service team. As a VIP customer, I have always trusted and contributed a lot to the development of OKX. But despite all my efforts to contact and request a resolution, I have not received the help that a customer in my position deserves.

This feeling of abandonment not only affects me, but also makes me worry about how OKX treats other customers. If a VIP customer like me is treated like this, I don't know how difficult it will be for ordinary users. This will definitely affect OKX's reputation in the eyes of the global community.

I have always believed in OKX with its core values of fairness, transparency and credibility, which have made a difference in the crypto world. I still believe that under your leadership, OKX will continue to serve users with a high sense of responsibility. However, without immediate intervention, this trust will be shaken.

I sincerely hope that you can directly review and help me resolve this issue. I just want my account to be reopened so that I can continue to use OKX's services as before. I am willing to cooperate, and have agreed to freeze part of the funds for investigation, but all I ask for is transparency and fairness.

I believe that your timely support not only helps restore my legitimate rights, but also demonstrates OKX's dedicated and fair service spirit to customers. This not only strengthens my trust but also that of the OKX user community around the world.

Thank you very much for your concern, and I hope to receive a positive response soon.

Sincerely,

@star_okx @hfangca my #OKX account, as a VIP, has been unjustly locked for over a month without receiving any adequate support. As a VIP customer, I feel completely abandoned. If a VIP is treated like this, I can’t imagine how poorly other users are treated. OKX needs to resolve this immediately if they don’t want to lose customer trust. So disappointing! #OKXSupportFail #VIPNeglected
