🚆 A major milestone for Indian Railways!
On 21 August 2026, Indian Railways operated its first double-stack long-haul container train from JNPT, Mumbai to Varnama, Vadodara, carrying 360 TEUs over 422 km.
The electrically hauled train is bright spot in green transportation
We were honoured to interact with Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport & Highways, Nitin Gadkari, for the upcoming May edition of Indian Masterminds Spotlight on Transport Infrastructure.

Over the past few weeks, reports of LPG delays, long queues, panic bookings, and fuel worries have been spreading across different parts of the country. Much of this has been linked to global disruptions in West Asia, which have affected LPG imports and created anxiety among consumers.
But even as the government has assured people that domestic fuel and LPG supplies are being managed, panic buying and unnecessary stocking continue to make the situation more difficult for everyone.
In moments like these, we often look to the system for answers. But these situations also quietly ask something of us.
The long queues.
The urge to stock up “just in case.”
The extra cylinder is booked before it is truly needed.
These may feel like small decisions, but when millions act on the same fear, it creates longer waits, deeper shortages, and more stress for those who genuinely need help. Reports from several cities have shown that panic buying, rather than an actual lack of supply, has often been the biggest reason behind empty pumps, crowded agencies, and booking delays.
What if, instead, we chose a little more awareness?
Take only what you need.
Avoid panic booking.
Think of the person standing behind you in the queue.
As citizens, what more can we do in situations like these? What small actions can help make things easier for everyone?

We often demand better systems, cleaner cities, safer roads, and more accountable governance. But in the process, we overlook a simple truth - the nation we aspire to build is shaped by the choices we make every single day.
From littering in public spaces to ignoring civic rules, from forwarding misinformation to bypassing queues, we often choose convenience over responsibility. These may seem like small actions, but together, they define the character of our society.
My Duty, My India is an initiative by Indian Masterminds to bring the focus back to what truly drives change - individual responsibility.
This campaign is not about blame. It is about awareness. It is about action. It is about reminding ourselves that nation-building is not limited to governments or institutions - it rests equally in the hands of its citizens.
Through stories, real-life examples, and voices from the ground, we aim to inspire a shift in mindset, where doing one’s duty becomes a matter of pride, not obligation.
Because a stronger India is not built by policies alone -
It is built by people who choose to do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
Change doesn’t begin somewhere else.
It begins with us.
This campaign is not just ours - it belongs to every citizen.
What does your duty look like in everyday life?
What change do you think India needs - starting from us?
Share your thoughts, ideas, and actions with us. Let’s make this a conversation, not just a campaign.

💙 Once people noticed his height first. Today, they notice his courage, dedication, and the white coat he earned through relentless determination.
Ganesh Baraiya from Bhavnagar has shown that true strength is never measured in inches. Standing just three feet tall and weighing 18 kilos, he faced doubts from an early age — but never allowed those doubts to define his future.
“Height may define my stature, but it will never limit my aspirations.” That belief became his driving force ✨
When admission was denied because of physical limitations, he refused to give up. Instead, he fought for his right to study medicine and prove that determination can challenge even the toughest barriers.
At just 23, he completed MBBS from Government Medical College, Bhavnagar and went on to serve as a medical officer at Bhavnagar Civil Hospital 🩺
Patients may initially be surprised when they meet him, but that quickly turns into admiration — because dedication speaks louder than appearances.
His inspiring journey has earned recognition beyond India, including honours from Taiwan, yet his purpose remains simple: service, compassion, and proving that no dream is too big.
A story that reminds us: the world may set limits, but courage can rewrite them 🇮🇳

✨ From the busy streets of Bengal to the highways of America, a stray dog named Aloka followed Buddhist monks on a journey that changed hearts. 🐾
Aloka wasn’t trained or commanded. He simply chose to walk with them, enduring heat, fatigue, and danger, becoming a symbol of loyalty and courage. ❤️
The monks named him Aloka, meaning “divine light”, as he brought quiet strength and clarity to every step of the Walk for Peace. 🌏✌️
Once hit by a car, Aloka recovered and returned to the journey. For over 100 days, he never left their side - showing the true spirit of hope and resilience. 🌟
An Indian Pariah dog, Aloka represents one of India’s oldest breeds, surviving for thousands of years with intelligence and courage. 🐕
Today, he walks across the U.S. alongside monks from Texas to Washington, D.C., inspiring millions online with his story of faith, devotion, and unconditional love. 🇺🇸💛
Aloka reminds us: loyalty, hope, and courage often arrive in small footsteps, without words, but with a heart full of light. ✨🐶

Thanks so much @i3masterminds for this story. The credit really belongs to my family, friends and colleagues who have always supported me along the journey and from whom I have learned so much. If there’s one lesson - it's that persistence matters, but purpose matters even more. I’m so grateful for the chance to have served India when I was in the IAS and how that incredible experience of working with local communities and brilliant colleagues continues to shape my purpose and work.
Wake up young and educated Pakistani friends. Be the change! Take over your foolish old school politicians and Kashmir Obsessed Military. They are destroying your future
