Kalaburagi is set to take another step forward as a growing hub for technology and innovation with the proposed LEAP Growth Labs.

As part of our ₹1,000 crore Local Economy Accelerator Program #LEAP, the initiative will help strengthen the innovation ecosystem beyond Bengaluru. The proposed lab will come up at Akkamahadevi Layout in Biddapur Colony, creating dedicated infrastructure to support technology development and entrepreneurship in Kalaburagi.

We want Kalaburagi to offer more opportunities for young entrepreneurs, researchers and startups to develop ideas, build technology and grow their ventures closer to home.

The proposed new public spaces at SB Lake, Kalaburagi, are envisioned to transform the lakefront into a vibrant, inclusive and people-friendly destination. The plan reimagines the waterfront with thoughtfully designed recreational spaces, landscaped promenades, seating areas, play and activity zones and spaces for leisure and community interaction all integrated with the lake’s natural setting.

A step towards making SB Lake a vibrant public commons and a new landmark for Kalaburagi.

ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷ ತೊರೆದು ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷ ಸೇರಿದವರೊಬ್ಬರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ, "ಅವರ ಹಲವು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕ್ಲಾಸ್ ಒನ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡಿಸಿದ್ದೆ" ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಿರಿ, ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವೂ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಬೀರಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಎಂದಾಯಿತಲ್ಲವೇ? ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕವೂ ಸೇರಿದೆಯಲ್ಲವೇ?

ನೀವು ನೇಮಿಸಿದ್ದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, 1998ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಎಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಬೃಹತ್ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಮರೆತಿದ್ದರೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮರೆತಿಲ್ಲ..

ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿಯವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಮೈಗೆ ಕೆಸರು ಅಂಟಿಸುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿಗೂ ನಾನು ವಾಸ್ತವಾಂಶ ತೆರೆದಿಡುತ್ತೇನೆ..

Following a coordinated anti narcotics operation across multiple police station limits, Bengaluru City Police arrested 23 accused, including two foreign nationals, in a significant crackdown on drug trafficking and the illegal sale of prohibited substances.

The operation led to the seizure of a significant haul of natural narcotic substances, synthetic psychostimulants and prohibited tobacco and nicotine products, with an estimated market value of nearly ₹8 crore. The action was undertaken jointly by the CCB Narcotics Control Wing and multiple police stations as part of the ongoing investigation to identify and dismantle drug networks and disrupt illegal supply chains.

The Government of Karnataka remains committed to addressing the drug menace through strong enforcement and preventive action. Building a drug free Karnataka and protecting our youth from the devastating consequences of substance abuse will continue to remain among our highest priorities.

Firstly, congratulations to the RSS on completing 100 years.

An organisation that claims over 60,000 shakhas and crores of swayamsevaks must also uphold transparency and constitutional accountability.

As per RSS’ highest and most important decision making body Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha’s 2025–26 Karnataka report, the RSS has 4,127 daily shakhas, 1,389 weekly milans, 60 monthly mandalis, 2,194 Samajotsavas with 19.61 lakh participants and held 562 route marches with 2.21 lakh uniformed participants in the state.

With such scale and influence, the RSS must clarify its legal status, registration, office bearers, funding, expenditure, taxation and permissions for public activities.

If citizens, labour, NGOs, trusts, temples and companies are expected to register, disclose and comply with the law, why should the RSS remain exempt?

In its centenary year, the RSS must responsibly abide by the Constitution and register, disclose, pay applicable taxes and function transparently within the Constitution.

As suggested in my letter, I am looking forward to hearing from @RSSorg soon.
