In that search I created own AI assistant to reach from the street in the same way I message a friend, I called her VADA

VADA: Voice Activated Dynamic Agent.

VADA transcribes, works out what I meant, and does it: agenda, shopping list, a morning summary of email, drafting answers.

Syntactically correct, structurally wrong.

That's the line I took home from @nerdearla , from Tomas Ruiz talk on AI and domain-driven design.

He showed an AI-generated photo of a bike.

At first glance it looks perfect. Then you notice it's missing the piece that connects the rear axle to the frame. Nobody could ride it.

A lot of AI output looks like that right now. It reads well, it compiles, it looks finished. The structural problem is buried in an 8,000-line pull request, or in a business process nobody ever mapped. His point, and I agree: don't hand the AI a longer and longer spec. Hand it a structure you control and let it fill in the gaps. "Color this drawing using the legend" works better than "draw me a bike." This goes way beyond code. Before you automate anything in your business with AI, draw the process first: who does what, what changes, where the handoffs are.
