Today I had the chance to try an experimental dish prepared by the restaurant Alchemist. Oyster mushroom mycelium. As a microbiologist it felt so wrong to eat the contents of a Petri dish but I am glad I did; it was delicious! An interesting and promising alternative food source.

@ASPolice I just witnessed a "bump" on the m5 Avonmouth bridge southbound. The lady who was driving didn't look like she was going to stop but pulled in to the traffic to come off at Portishead. I wasn't able to safely stop especially when the cars involved weren't. 1/2
