There’s something powerful about watching young people step into leadership for the very first time. Today, I saw students with vision, passion, and determination take the mic — and it was nothing short of inspiring. 🙌

As Charlie Kirk said, “If you believe in something, you need to have the courage to fight for those ideas – not run away from them or try and silence them.”  

Our students are living that quote. This is a new chapter for Stratford High School — and I can’t wait to see what they build from here.

Many thanks to the @clubamerica_shs students and adults who helped organize this and special thanks to @KenPaxtonTX, @MichaelBerrySho, @KennethRWebster for coming out and speaking and encouraging these kids. Very inspiring words!

As an SBISD board member, proud parent, and Stratford alum, I can’t wait for tomorrow’s rally. 🙌

Our students are brave, passionate, and determined. They’ve faced challenges head-on, stood strong in their convictions, and shown what true leadership looks like at such a young age. Threats or intimidation against students and teachers have no place in SBISD—student voices deserve to be heard and respected.

A huge thank you to Mr. Barnes and our amazing teachers for stepping up, to everyone working tirelessly behind the scenes to make this happen for our students, and to @KenPaxtonTX for always being there for our Spring Branch ISD community.

Our kids deserve every opportunity to lead, learn, and engage in civic life—and I’m proud to stand with them.

Conservatives did not pass these props. Tully passed with 91 votes, Natatorium passed with less than 400 votes out of 9200 cast.

Conservative SBISD voters passed bond props ABC last night signifying their continued support for pub ed and our district. One of the takeaways is that there is a lot of room in this party for the educational support of 5.5 public school children in Texas. @HarrisCountyRP @MichaelBerrySho
