@VodafoneUK you’ve just emailed me saying ‘sorry you’re leaving us your broadband will be switched off from today’ which I have NOT requested, and then when I try and speak to even your CHATBOT I get ‘out of respect for the funeral you can’t speak to anyone today’. Seriously??

@AdmiralUK absolutely astounded by how your team have dealt with my claim. Mismanaged and lied to throughout the entire process, and despite providing every piece of evidence required, still trying to avoid paying out. Would never buy a product from you again. Charlatans.
@greateranglia The issue is: I’ve paid nearly £45 to get from Ldn to Sudbury (which, let’s face it, is extortionate for a train let alone a bus) It’s going to be a longer journey, & if I missed the bus because I couldn’t hear, assume no refund because it ‘technically’ left on time?
I have good hearing and I struggled to hear the destinations being yelled and nearly missed my bus. Am now on double decker with only 6 others. You could at least have some hand scrawled signs to help your customers when you run planned rail replacements?
