This is unlikely to be a weekly shop for the family by depher so when the fresh runs out they still have stuff in their cupboards to make a meal. And it actually the canning process doesn't appear to much change the nutritional value.

@clhubes I definitely plan my meals and only shop accordingly! Saves money, stops food waste and stops the after work/after school stress about wth to cook..... doesn't stop me having a random take out or beans on toast if it all goes a bit wrong but can't cope without my plan!

All 4 of us tucked up in bed a few hours after birth. A shame the service 4 home birth is so patchy and I know it not right choice for all

@RoadsideMum We use olio and I'm a food waste hero for them, it's amazing. Most of my food collected goes to HMOs and they share it all out between them.
