@marty_walsh I am driving through Dorchester on Granite Ave and Adams St and most people I have seen outside are not wearing masks. You're doing a splendid job connecting to young people who are not taking the virus seriously. Why dont you close local parks in Boston.
@MBTA driver of bus # 4126 did not yield to the crossing guard at the interaction of Mount Auburn St and Winthrop St. in Watertown. This is the same bad driver I reported last week who ran red lights and was disrespectful to riders. Are you going to discipline this driver???!!!
@MBTA I am reporting a serious incident to you. Please respond to me. I need you see that you are tsking responsbility for your action and thus the drivers actions. I demand a response immediately.
@MBTA maybe you will answer this question instead. Is it normal to have the a/c running on bus #4114 on a day like today? Because it's on, quite cold and its not even that warm outside. Please advise @MBTA.

@MBTA@MBTA in the commuter rail photos MBTA staff is cleaning seats. Can you advise how you are able to properly clean fabric seats that exist on the Red Line and Orange Line? I hope that the @MBTA has carefully thought about having non-fabric seats on the new Red Line trains.

@MBTA@MBTA_Parking@MBTA, I realize that you know this. People have been complaining for several days now. Thank you for stating the obvious. What riders want to know is when these two issues will be resolved, and PERMANENTLY. I look forward to your response on this.
@MBTA the driver of bus #4108 is awful! Since we left Harvard he has stopped suddenly many times, let people off the bus without paying, got annoyed when people tried to pay, spoke rudely to a woman who requested a stop with the button and he didnt stop at her stop.
He also ran a red light. And missed another stop that someone requested using the button. Please remove driver on bus #4108. The bus is now at Watertown Sq and will be leaving shortly to make its way back to Harvard.
@MBTA@MBTA and @MBTA_Parking, you need to do more than this. The information you have been posting all morning doesn't match up. Please check information before you post it on Twitter for everyone to see.
@MBTA_Parking@MBTA_Parking how can Braintree be correct? Only one space was occupied between 6:30am and 7:00am? Also taking into account that several parking spaces became unoccupied? Doubt it. What's the truth here???
