@DukeEnergy every time it f$cking rains my electric goes out. Every single time. Why aren’t you making people clean up their trees around Transformers and power lines? I’m gonna start sending you a bill for every minute my power is off, you owe me a dollar. So frustrating.
@nicksortor More dr visits means more days off work and copays. I can see parents avoiding appts for vaccines since they can’t get off work or afford the copays.
@L1569Uptown I had a guy come by my house to get in my car and I confronted him. Called the police, which took them 20 minutes to show up and of course they couldn’t find him. I told the cop that this was the second time and abd Next time, he won’t walk away so easily. I’ve had enough.
@WBTV_News It’s everywhere in Charlotte. Nations Ford Road is horrific with it. I’ve called the cops a few times. Nothing gets done. In fact yesterday, I saw a guy checking around houses on the road. By the time the police get here, he’s gone.
@RafaelP61093264@GustBrian I tried to help a man who was falling in the grocery store. I put his arm around me and held him up until he got out of the situation. Then, during a meeting at work, I found out that I was on TikTok because it was all a trick.
A Place for Hope (APFH) has been committed to serving youth and families of the Blackmon Road Community for over 20 years. This community has been plagued with extreme poverty for over half a century.
WHY???
@SCGOV@RepNancyMace
20 years this community has been in poverty. They have no power & water in their “homes” and use a communal bathhouse. The city/county only takes responsibility for the road for them to get home. 13 students are living there. Why?
