@merseyrail Thanks, emailed yesterday morning. Any idea how long it may take? Currently having to buy daily returns which is more expensive. Asked for a 3 day saver ticket today but apparently can't get those at the station! It's a shame it's not easier to get cheaper tickets
@merseyrail can you help? Bought online monthly ticket with walrus card to start today. Card would not validate, staff at station could see it is for wrong zone but cannot refund me. Ended up buying another ticket for today! No answer on customer services phone no. Want refund!
