Following the February 2004 All Africa LGBTQ conference in Johannesburg South Africa, where the agenda of taking over Africa was planned in detail, there was an international donors roundtable in Naivasha Kenya in October 2004.
This was attended leaders of Ford foundation, Mama Cash, HIVOs, Equality now and other Western groups. They planned how to fund the East African LGBTQ movement for Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Tanzania. The facilitator Jane Kiragu (3rd L front row) was to follow up with the a regional country preparation tour to prepare the few activists in March 2006 for the next large Funding LGBTQ conference in East Africa which took place in June 2006. HIVOS led by Tamme Hansma and Carla Sutherland of Ford Foundation emerged as the strategic thinkers of how to impose and fund the European homosexual revolution in East Africa.
My book Africas Resistace to Homosexuality is coming out in January 2023. 25 Years of research, and 10 years writing. If you want to understand why there is big crisis around homosexuality in East Africa, this is one book everyone must read.
