@Fernanchh In TZ you can’t search for a house by yourself, you have to legally go through an agent (Dalali), and pay for their time, and once they show you a house you like you pay them a month’s rent in fees.

These agents are offering a service like everyone else. Pay them.

@lynn_ngugi1 You’ve made the assumption they don’t pay tax. Most small businesses are on TOT, they pay a percentage on turnover.

Another thing, cash is still the legal tender. Just because there’s a proliferation of mobile money doesn’t make it illegal.
