UX tip:

Work hard on error messages.

They help users recover from their lowest point.

Bad errors:

• pass the blame
• use inappropriate tone
• are generic
• use technical jargon

Good errors:

• are clear
• explain why
• help users fix it
• provide reassurance

@allenholub We've lived in 3 modern apartments in Korea and viewed quite a few more. All had floor to ceiling built-in shoe cabinets in the entryway. Between my wife and I, we manage to fill them.
