@TheRealGelfie I am planning on getting some Murcielago geo into all the packages. I am going to look into power conserving modes.

Thankfully I'm not rendering much these days.

But I will do a Redshift comparison too as I use that in Houdini and C4D and then Blender Cycles X.

@brave_rabbit Wow, that is very good, I'm on a 3090 and when you start tumbling a cube, any viewport uses around 70W. Some 3D apps use more!! I will sort a table out from my findings as it may help other people, sitting in the background can still use 70W, not 30W. Ouch.

@JimMorren I did notice a strange poly - could it be that you have some single line polys and mirror modifier doesn't like it? A Clean up perhaps?
