@AskDyson Dyson sent us a broken vacuum.
It's been over a year since we've owned the machine and contacted support. They told me I'd be contacted within 24 hrs to resolve it just last week. Still nothing.
Thankfully, someone's starting up a class-action lawsuit, and I'll be joining.
