Our channel "Uncut Cinema" with nearly 500K subscribers was terminated on April 16 under the "Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scams Policy" without any prior warning. We had been working on this channel for years, creating fan-made mashup trailers and movie news updates. We always clearly mentioned in the description that the content was fan-made, used our own recorded voiceovers, and also created original face videos such as trailer reviews and movie explanations. Our channel did not have any active copyright or community guideline strikes before termination. We already submitted an appeal, but unfortunately our channel was not restored. Due to this sudden termination, our March earnings, which were already reflected in our AdSense account, have been placed on hold, and our April earnings were also lost. Because of this situation, we are now struggling to manage expenses and pay our team members. We respectfully request
