Unfortunately, the most significant barrier to treatment access for patients today is the fact that millions of patients with TB go undiagnosed every year. This is a challenge that we have invested significant resources to overcome and must all get behind if we are to achieve the global goal of ending TB.

@hankgreen I also talk to it about my experiments. It's like having another person to think through a project with and is surprisingly good at providing insight about problems that don't have any 'right' answer yet. Although only GPT4 can do this in my experience (not the free one)
