6 lessons I re-learned in 2025 that changed everything.
1. Saunas are far more powerful than most people realize
Sweating isn't just about cooling off.
Your skin is one of your body's largest eliminative organs. Every session helps push out toxins, plastics, & harmful substances.
Heat does something special to the body.
β’ It regulates your heart rate
β’ Improves circulation
β’ Opens pathways for elimination
The Finns figured this out centuries ago.
I hit the sauna 3-4x per week for 20-30 minutes. If you don't have access, gym saunas, YMCAs, & even steam rooms work.
2. Morning sunlight is non-negotiable
Every morning I ground my feet & feel the sun. It's the first thing I do.
This isn't just about vitamin D but about setting your entire biological clock for the day.
Morning light regulates circadian rhythm, melatonin production at night, hormonal balance, & calcium utilization. UV rays, infrared light, direct light through the eyes - all of it matters.
10-30 minutes - every single morning. My friends, this one is free.
3. Sleep timing matters as much as duration
8 hours from 2am to 10am is NOT the same as 8 hours from 10pm to 6am.
Your body responds completely differently based on when those hours happen.
Consistency is everything. Same bedtime. Same wake time.
I aim for bed around 10pm, 7-9 hours of sleep. No big meals before bed. No screens right before.
Your body CANNOT heal without proper rest, my friends.
4. Environmental toxins are one of the most overlooked causes of disease
We're exposed to more chemicals now than at any point in human history.
These toxins overwhelm your body's natural detox pathways. Most people have no idea how much this impacts their health.
You need both offensive & defensive strategies here.
Offensive: fasting, sweating, hydration, & herbal support.
Defensive: replace toxic household products, use glass instead of plastic, filter your water, purify your air.
Attack from both sides.
5. Less is more
Fewer toxins.
Fewer heavy metals.
Less chemical exposure.
Every single thing you eliminate creates more space for your body to do what it does best: heal.
Simplify. Strip away what doesn't serve you.
6. What you believe shapes what you do
Your health decisions matter deeply.
The choices you make either support life or lead to disease. There's no neutral ground.
And 90% of healing is mental. Your mindset determines your outcome.
The daily actions that changed my life:
β’ Sauna 3-4x per week
β’ Morning sunlight every single day
β’ Bed by 10pm, consistent sleep schedule
β’ Reduce environmental toxins aggressively
β’ Trust that your body is the healer
This is the foundation, my friends. π

This has been my favorite for as long as I can remember, and still I just learned something new. When Linus recites Luke: 8-14, itβs the one time he isnβt holding his security blanket. Because in that moment, he doesnβt need it.
Democrats in Texas are fighting AGAINST a bill that would ban squatters from moving into your house. They want to allow strangers to take over YOUR home if you go on an extended trip for a few months.
Utter INSANITY.
