@Khorgnir I really don't think it'll be that bad, since it's not replacing the old system. The way they described it sounds no different than the wizards vault in guild wars 2 which is basically nothing but a net positive for casual and hardcore players alike.
@DocStrangelove2 I'm starting to think there's something legitimately wrong with Tim. Like I always assumed he was a socially inept tech person since that's not uncommon or really a problem most of the time, but he seems genuinely mentally unwell right now.
@FarboundDev@SenouNatsuru52@EyeOfScar@TimSweeneyEpic I understand you're incredibly angry and insecure right now, but you should probably try using UE5 to realize the current ai modules inside of it are not mandatory. UE6 will be.
@sizzurpdotmp3@DaryCypher@gabefollower Vitriol for attention, a lot of dota players still think there's active competition for who comes out on top in the moba wars, not realizing it ended back in 2013 with smite, dota and league being the only mobas in town of relevance.
@EdenAlyve@XENOGOTH No more like Vatican ghost hunters. They aren't a proper militant organization designed to conquer, just in deadlock the Vatican deemed the supernatural as sacrilege and have people who hunt them.
@ksn2009@ZoomerLunar Pretty sure the cause is literal translation into English. There's a lot of commonality between the languages but the order and way Japanese ends sentences doesn't translate the same way
@kakasi32 Not only do not many people pirate to begin with, nowhere near enough to severely impact sales, but if it's a corporate owned studio it's not even guaranteed that financial success will mean they don't get fired.
@kakasi32 So it's not even a guarantee everyone buying something will mean the studio stays afloat. Even just recently Microsoft fired thousands of devs, even ones working on games doing well like Elder Scrolls Online. That's why piracy isn't a big deal.
