My Learning from #SHHM #running
1)For Downhill running, Quads hv 2 be very strong. So apart from long runs, downhill training along wid good strength training for legs is a must. I ignored it &paid price for it. I was feeling strong wid lungs but my legs were totally exhausted

4) During the whole run, though HR was high, I never felt out of breath (even after 4 Kms of sub 4.30 m/km running). Long easy runs during practice helped a lot there.
P.S. I managed to crossed 2-3 runners at last 10 meters:-choti-choti khushi @runkarthikrun @suneelkoyi
