Bagged one of the top stacks for day 2 of the $5K 8-max. 72 left, $10.5K locked up and playing for $695K for first.

It’s been a rough summer of poker. 3 cashes out of 50 bullets, down 150K. I booked a flight home for 9am yesterday. Decided to cancel it last minute since I min cashed two events back-to-back, and for the first time all summer I had some momentum on my side.

Turns out that momentum is real as I couldn’t lose a flip yesterday in the 8-max. I was knocked down to 4.5bb twice, and was all in for my tournament life at least 6 times.

No expectations from here. Just want to play my best poker, and have gratitude for one final run.
