@Shutterfly Customer support responses of "We can't turn it off, but if it affects your order, let us know, and we'll send you a new order" is ridiculous:

1) I've done that, and the replacement order still had auto-corrections applied

2) Have to wait for the new order to arrive

@LPAssociation @linkinpark It would be interesting to see a version where a word can only get one “point” per song it’s used in (e.g. “na” was prolly only used in What I’be Done). “Away” prolly a lot less overall too (used lots in Pushing Me Away)

The world would be a slightly better place if there were laws that prohibit companies from sending support emails using the same email address as their newsletters.

This would allow customers the use of inbox filters/rules to flag/sort support messages.
