@airtelbank @MORTHIndia Every journey with an unresponsive Fastag was a mental and financial ordeal. Paying double for tolls due to someone else's mistake is unjust. @airtelbank, no resolution compounds the issue. Take responsibility and resolve this immediately! @MORTHIndia
