Why is that airlines losing all sense of accountability. @AirIndiaX IX5532 made the guests waiting onboard for almost 40 mins with no information or apology. Could see from the aisle one of the pilot entering and then ready for take-off. Anyone watching???

Indigo woes

It’s a welcome move by the ministry and @DGCAIndia to crackdown on Indigo. Hope this will bring much needed relief to lakhs of passengers. This festive season indigo took all of us for a ride. Can’t imagine 900 new schedules with not enough staff to operate……

This is a great opportunity for @DGCAIndia to take a careful review and cut down indigo schedules significantly in line with the available operating staff under the new FDTL. Ground all unviable fleets. Incentivise other airlines which followed the rules and allow them to grow.

@IndiGo6E How irresponsible 6E staff could be if you fail to load the check in baggage received by the staff at the self check in counter in mumbai. Later the bag with the stickers become a left behind bag which CISF take over. Arrived at Kichu for a marriage becomes a disaster.

@ola_supports Had a scare of my life today when the booking I did for two cabs to reach Mumbai Central Railway Station from Chembur for a team of 7 to catch a train at 10:20pm were cancelled by the drivers. One of the drivers called at the scheduled time and asked the destination

@ola_supports Immediately I had to book two cabs from uber. Both cabs arrived promptly took the team to the station at 10:30pm . Luckily the train was delayed by an hour. Despite scheduling the trip by paying booking charges, Ola drivers declined. Will never book Ola

Horrible experience with #GoFirst. Flight #G82505 has been rescheduled 4 times by now. Not sure when is is going to take off. No attempt from the staff to provide even water and refreshments at least to cool the rising tempers of the aggrieved customers. Never again in #GoFirst

It was disgusting to see the coverage at @HTMumbai regarding the tragic murder of a minor girl in Mumbai completely violating all forms of decency and respect for the deceased. More worrisome when the journalists who wrote the piece are women themselves @htTweets @shreyabhandary
