@WealthCoachMak after a point it is a game of discipline and even more importantly of patience, almost everyone knows one should buy low and sell high, if you simply stick to it you will win a 100% of the times, but your mind makes it more complicated.

I think being flexible is the key, hold good stocks and ETFs, buy Leaps and sell PUTs on super down mkts, sell low Delta Covered Calls and buy PUTs during overbought, > 70 RSI with 3-6 mth DTE , avoid day trading & always use margin responsibly, a mix of above with some luck should be OK
