I think it's not so much about losing sharpness, but AI made it so much harder to focus on one task and think it through properly. Instead, we work across 6 terminals, 3 apps and 10 different problems in parallel. Of course it's basically impossible to dedicate the same attention to one problem that way.

I'm thinking about creating different users on my Mac, to have completely separate environments for different projects. When I'm working on project A, I don't even want to have the option anymore to kick off a parallel task for project B.

- over 100k german speakers live in spain
- millions of germans travel to spain every year
- the language barrier is real (speaking from experience)

strategy:
- focus on balearic islands first (mallorca is #1 destinations for germans)
- focus on high ticket services first - lawyers, tax advisors, construction companies
- SEO content creation around relevant topics and keywords
- AI assisted sourcing of listings, manually curated
- sell premium listings for better visibility inside of the platform

growing traffic will be the biggest challenge I think. search engine competition is rather low in that niche, but ranking presumably takes some time.
