If this happened in Banks, people would have created a huge uproar! Banks strictly follow Ramp & Lift rules, are often forced to work without lunch hours , which is questioned rightfully every time by citizens citing RBI rules and Supreme Court orders (every one become policy makers or Judges , Lawyers before bankers) . Yet PSB staff always help senior citizens with care.

But the same people have the courage to bark even before SP Office like they do daily in banks.

Respected officers, please come down and meet such citizens. A small gesture can bring big relief.

Let’s show equal empathy and respect to all public servants everywhere. 🙏

@bankaffairs Most important is no one cares fors bankers. Association and Union (UFBU) leaders have sold there soul. Pay revision of LIC & GIC is given while PSB is begged. They Get pay load of 15-16% but bankers get 2.5%. Time to get united and kick out UFBU first then only PSB get RESPECT
