@itaisher How you determine the will of the people (how I read his use of undemocratic processes) or go about altering or abolishing is all up for debate, but as a statement of principle it's not necessarily wrong.

@itaisher I don't know, seems a basic 'consent of the governed' statement. Lawfully executed w/in its own framework or not, if our current system creates a government that does not reflect the will of the people (his last sentence), then it has no moral authority to govern or legitimacy.
