@DonDriper @NBA__Courtside They would adapt in terms of threes. Byron Scott and Michael Cooper for sure. Magic would carve people up. Kareem at the advanced age would struggle defending in open spaces. I just watched a full game from 1988 and they advanced the ball up the floor as fast as anyone.

@bondcliff @coryfromphilly Unfortunately in my state the appraisal has nothing to do with real estate sales. It has to do with an arbitrary estimate of value from an appraiser who does not sell homes. They seldom have a clue what the real value is. The whole system is a scam.

@Zoomer_Report @ashleyschendel I’m not a boomer but I grew up up in a house without running water or electricity for a period of time. We didn’t know if we were going to eat on any given day. Times were very hard. Boomers had it hard. Zoomers want it given to them. Maybe vote out career politicians.

@texasrunnerDFW The most frustrating part of being a realtor is people ask what their house is worth. You run comps then adjust based upon the past 3 months and then they say okay but let’s list at (insert number here). The house gets no showings and no offers. And they wonder why.
