1. The assailant is a total psychopath and completely fooled police to try to cover his crime. C’mon cops - this isn’t the first.
2. Need ambulance - Bleeding from the mouth, tells officers (on scene later) can’t breathe 9x, and he was stabbed 4x, and he has zero color in his hands.

But for the cops, it’s clear, 100%. They did not prioritize his wounds.
